【摘要】:當(dāng)前我國(guó)的社會(huì)治理改革,為各類社會(huì)組織參與社會(huì)服務(wù)提供了良好的機(jī)遇。宗教界一直都有良好的社會(huì)服務(wù)參與傳統(tǒng),它們?cè)谥袊?guó)近現(xiàn)代社會(huì)服務(wù)中作用顯著,占據(jù)著有利的先天條件。然而統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)表明,當(dāng)前宗教類的社會(huì)服務(wù)組織增長(zhǎng)不但未能引領(lǐng)發(fā)展潮流,連平均數(shù)都沒(méi)有達(dá)到,而且絕對(duì)數(shù)量逐年下降。不同宗教都有服務(wù)社群的教義積極回應(yīng)社會(huì)治理發(fā)展的需求,如基督教的愛(ài)鄰人教義。當(dāng)前宗教組織參與社會(huì)服務(wù)面臨怎樣的挑戰(zhàn)和困境?基督教背景的宗教社會(huì)服務(wù)組織在面臨發(fā)展機(jī)遇時(shí),為何反應(yīng)如此冷淡?經(jīng)過(guò)梳理分析后,發(fā)現(xiàn)教義理解分歧和歷史經(jīng)驗(yàn)限制是主要原因。宗教社會(huì)服務(wù)組織如何面對(duì)圣俗二元化的彼此對(duì)立,并進(jìn)行適當(dāng)處理,獲得內(nèi)部認(rèn)同是一個(gè)挑戰(zhàn);而如何突破歷史經(jīng)驗(yàn)限制,獲得外界的認(rèn)同又能保持宗教記號(hào)又是另一個(gè)挑戰(zhàn);谑媛(Suchman Mark C.)的組織合法性身份建構(gòu)理論,本文以參與廈門RA中心的實(shí)地研究為基礎(chǔ)開(kāi)展論述。在該機(jī)構(gòu)在身份建構(gòu)中,通過(guò)從行動(dòng)靈修的向度解釋來(lái)處理教義分歧,在服務(wù)行動(dòng)領(lǐng)域通過(guò)“以專業(yè)為本,宗教不離場(chǎng)”的方式,得到來(lái)自服務(wù)對(duì)象以及基層社區(qū)等橫向機(jī)構(gòu)的認(rèn)同,獲得功用合法性、規(guī)范合法性和認(rèn)知合法性,進(jìn)入公共領(lǐng)域的服務(wù),參與到社會(huì)治理創(chuàng)新中。RA中心的嘗試為宗教背景的社會(huì)服務(wù)組織,在冷淡回避或者完全拋棄宗教記號(hào)進(jìn)入社會(huì)公共領(lǐng)域兩條路之外,提供了另一新的選擇。
[Abstract]:The current social governance reform in China provides a good opportunity for all kinds of social organizations to participate in social services.Religious circles have always had a good tradition of social service participation, which plays an important role in modern Chinese social service and occupies favorable congenital conditions.However, statistics show that the current growth of religious social service organizations has not only failed to lead the development trend, but has not even reached the average, and the absolute number has declined year by year.Different religions have the doctrine of serving the community to respond positively to the needs of the development of social governance, such as the Christian doctrine of love for neighbors.What are the challenges and dilemmas faced by religious organizations in participating in social services?Why are Christian religious social service organizations so unresponsive when faced with development opportunities?After combing and analyzing, it is found that the main reasons are the differences in the understanding of doctrine and the limitation of historical experience.It is a challenge for religious social service organizations to face the dualization of sacred customs and deal with each other properly, to gain internal identity, and how to break through the limitations of historical experience.It is another challenge to be recognized by the outside world and maintain religious symbols.Based on Suchman Mark C.This paper is based on the field research of Xiamen RA Center.In the process of identity construction, the agency deals with doctrinal differences through the interpretation of the dimensions of action spirituality, and in the field of service action through the "professional-oriented, religious" approach.To be recognized by clients and horizontal institutions such as grass-roots communities, to obtain functional legitimacy, to standardize legitimacy and cognitive legitimacy, and to enter the public domain of services,The attempt to participate in the innovation of social governance provides a new choice for the social service organizations with religious background, which can avoid or completely abandon the religious symbols into the social public domain.
