【摘要】：從字面上看,"守"就是守護(hù)、守望、保持、衛(wèi)護(hù)的意思,"一"即是一處或中心。"守一"的意思是堅守一處,守護(hù)重點(diǎn),守望中心。道教善于模仿自然規(guī)律并將自然規(guī)律付諸實踐,在道教修煉中,守一是指保持身心安寧的前提下,把意念集中于身體的某個部位,以改善身心環(huán)境,提高生命質(zhì)量,實現(xiàn)延年益壽�，F(xiàn)代科學(xué)使宇宙的面貌更加清楚地展現(xiàn)出來,在天文、地理、物理、生理現(xiàn)象中都能發(fā)現(xiàn)"守一"的蛛絲馬跡,心理學(xué)的發(fā)展更進(jìn)一步證實了道教守一對生命的積極意義。
[Abstract]:Literally, "guard" means to guard, watch, keep and defend. "one" means a place or a center. "guarding one" means sticking to a place, guarding a key point, Taoism is good at imitating the laws of nature and putting them into practice. In Taoist practice, the first is to concentrate the mind on a certain part of the body on the premise of maintaining physical and mental peace, in order to improve the physical and mental environment and improve the quality of life. Modern science has made the face of the universe more visible, and traces of "keeping one" can be found in astronomy, geography, physics, and physiological phenomena. The development of psychology further confirmed the positive significance of Taoism.
