【摘要】：目前很多學者在研究明末佛教之時,都以為憨山德清與雪浪洪恩的授業(yè)恩師"無極和尚",即為憨山所作《住京都吉祥院無極信禪師道行法原碑記》中的無極明信禪師,卻忽略了憨山亦尊稱其師為"守愚大和尚"、"守愚先師"這一細節(jié)。清代弘方法師所作《賢首宗乘》一書,較為詳細地記載了華嚴宗雪浪洪恩一系的法脈傳承,其中明確記載憨山與雪浪之師為"第二十五世無極悟勤法師",守愚為其字。憑借這一新材料,并結(jié)合其他相關(guān)材料,對憨山與雪浪之師"無極和尚"作以考辨。
