【摘要】：正2016年10月,《哈佛中國(guó)史》(History of Imperial China,2007—2009)六卷本叢書(shū)由中信出版社組織翻譯并正式出版。該書(shū)由國(guó)際著名漢學(xué)家卜正民(Timothy Brook)教授領(lǐng)銜主編,集結(jié)陸威儀(Mark Edward Lewis)、迪特·庫(kù)恩(Dieter Kuhn)和羅威廉(William T.Rowe)等知名漢學(xué)家,萃集半個(gè)世紀(jì)以來(lái)西方最新的中國(guó)史研究成果,以全球史視野、多學(xué)科知識(shí)顛覆傳統(tǒng)中國(guó)史敘述模式,傾十年之功寫(xiě)就,是繼《劍橋中國(guó)史》(The Cambridge History of China)之后最能代表西方半個(gè)世紀(jì)以來(lái)中國(guó)史研究全新成果和水準(zhǔn)的多卷本中國(guó)通史。
[Abstract]:In October 2016, Harvard Chinese History (History of Imperial China,2007-2009) six volumes were translated and officially published by Citic Publishing House. The book is led by Professor (Timothy Brook), a famous international sinologist, and brings together well-known Sinologists such as Lu Weiyi (Mark Edward Lewis), Ditte Kuen (Dieter Kuhn) and William T.Rowe. The book collects the latest research results of Chinese history in the West in the past half century, subverts the traditional narrative model of Chinese history with the perspective of global history and multi-disciplinary knowledge, and has devoted ten years to writing it. After Cambridge Chinese History (The Cambridge History of China), it is a multi-volume general history of China, which can best represent the new achievements and standards of the study of Chinese history in the past half century in the West.
