【摘要】：比較中西是近代以來中國學(xué)人治學(xué)的重要途徑和革新思想的重要源泉,但其間格義附會的流弊甚多。1932年陳寅恪與劉文典論國文試題書關(guān)于比較研究的大段議論,切中學(xué)術(shù)思想界的時弊,指示法國學(xué)派以事實(shí)聯(lián)系為基礎(chǔ)的影響研究的一般法則。后來雖有美國學(xué)派的平行比較日趨完善,似與陳寅恪所說不盡相符,實(shí)則學(xué)人如果不經(jīng)系統(tǒng)訓(xùn)練達(dá)到高度自律,對所涉及的社會文化具有歷史研究和系統(tǒng)異同之觀念,仍然難免重蹈清代經(jīng)學(xué)和近代古史研究穿鑿附會的覆轍。
[Abstract]:Comparing China and the West is an important way for Chinese scholars to study and an important source of innovative thought since modern times, but there are many disadvantages in the attachment of GE Yi. In 1932, Chen Yinke and Liu Wendian discussed the comparative study of Chinese language examination books. We should pay attention to the disadvantages of academic thought and instruct the French school to study the general law of influence based on the relation of facts. Later, although the parallel comparison of the American school became more and more perfect, which seemed to be inconsistent with what Chen Yinke said, in fact, if the scholars achieve a high degree of self-discipline without systematic training, they have the concept of historical research and systematic similarities and differences in the society and culture involved. It is still inevitable to repeat the mistakes of the study of Confucian classics in Qing Dynasty and the study of modern ancient history.
