【摘要】：西漢縣令長及其在西漢行政系統(tǒng)中的特殊地位問題,在傳世文獻(xiàn)資料與尹灣漢簡的材料中都有反映。如董仲舒言:"今之郡守、縣令,民之師帥,所使承流而宣化也;故師帥不賢,則主德不宣,恩澤不流。"通過分析西漢基層行政,可進(jìn)一步了解西漢縣令長行政類別,行政權(quán)限以及縣令長與地方王侯的微妙關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:The county governor of the Western Han Dynasty and his special status in the administrative system of the Western Han Dynasty are reflected in both the literature and the materials of Yin Wan Han bamboo slips. For example, Dong Zhongshu said: "Today's county guards, county decrees, the people's division coach, so that the current and Xuanhua; therefore, the teacher is not good, then the master morality is not declared, Enze is not current." Through the analysis of the grass-roots administration in the Western Han Dynasty, we can further understand the administrative category, administrative authority and the subtle relationship between the county magistrate and the local princes in the Western Han Dynasty.
