【摘要】：敦煌文獻(xiàn)伯3813所錄唐代判詞中,有數(shù)則判詞與存世唐判如《龍筋鳳髓判》等相比較都有明顯的差異。其敘事均稍為繁復(fù)、滑稽戲謔的特征明顯。上述特點(diǎn)顯示伯3813唐判中部分判詞已經(jīng)開(kāi)始偏離"臨政治民"的功能,而逐漸帶有世俗化與娛樂(lè)化的傾向。這些判詞與南宋學(xué)者洪邁《容齋隨筆》所述"世俗喜道瑣屑遺事,參以滑稽,目為花判"的特點(diǎn)相近。就文體淵源而言,敦煌伯3813唐判中部分判詞雖無(wú)"花判"之名,卻基本具備了后世花判的主要特點(diǎn),實(shí)為宋代花判之濫觴。
[Abstract]:In the Tang Dynasty judgments recorded by Dunhuang document Bo 3813, there are obvious differences between several judgments and those recorded in Tang Dynasty, such as Longjin Fengdi judgment. Its narration is a little complicated, and the funny and playful characteristics are obvious. The above characteristics show that some of the judgments in Bo 3813 Tang Dynasty judgment have begun to deviate from the function of "facing the political people", and gradually have the tendency of secularization and entertainment. These judgments are similar to those described by Hongmai Rong Zhai, a scholar in the Southern Song Dynasty, as follows: "the trivial legacy of worldly joy road is funny and the purpose of flower judgment is flower judgment". As far as the stylistic origin is concerned, although some of the judgments in Tang Dynasty in Dunhuang Bo 3813 did not have the name of "flower judgment", they basically had the main characteristics of flower judgment in later generations, which was the origin of flower judgment in Song Dynasty.
