【摘要】：戰(zhàn)國(guó)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)制度的支配形態(tài)是在土地國(guó)有制基礎(chǔ)上 ,通過(guò)國(guó)家授田 ,建立起強(qiáng)制性的份地農(nóng)分耕定產(chǎn)承包責(zé)任制。這是一種官社或官公社經(jīng)濟(jì)體制。官社經(jīng)濟(jì)體制是在土地國(guó)有制下 ,以國(guó)家行政系統(tǒng)為統(tǒng)緒 ,以農(nóng)為本 ,寓兵于農(nóng)的新的政、農(nóng)、軍合一的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制。其首要特點(diǎn)是政社合一 ,政治、社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)、軍事 ,乃至精神文化生活等在國(guó)家政權(quán)支配下的一體化。這種經(jīng)濟(jì)體制下 ,由于實(shí)行份地授田 ,政治經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系主要是在政府與民之間發(fā)生的統(tǒng)治剝削關(guān)系 ,所謂階級(jí)關(guān)系也都表現(xiàn)在官民對(duì)立之中。傳統(tǒng)的戰(zhàn)國(guó)新興封建地主階級(jí)說(shuō)有違于歷史真實(shí)。
[Abstract]:The dominant form of the social and economic system in the warring States period is to establish the compulsory contract responsibility system of divided farming and fixed production on the basis of the state ownership of land and through the granting of land by the state. This is an economic system of the official community or the official commune. The economic system of official society is a new social and economic system, under the state ownership of land, taking the state administrative system as the system, taking agriculture as the foundation and taking the army as the foundation. Its primary feature is the integration of politics, society, economy, military affairs, and even spiritual and cultural life under the domination of the state power. Under this economic system, political and economic relations mainly occur between the government and the people, and the so-called class relations are also reflected in the opposition between the officials and the people. The traditional feudal landlord class theory of the warring States period is contrary to the historical reality.
