【摘要】：本文從四方面對錢大群先生《中國“復仇”制度論考》補論:過失殺人受害者親屬復仇的規(guī)定;東漢對復仇者的制裁;元代復仇制度屬于中華法系與蒙古法系的融合;赦免制度對復仇制度的補充。
[Abstract]:This paper makes a study of Qian Daqun's "revenge" system in China from four aspects: the stipulation of relatives' revenge of the victims of manslaughter; the sanctions against the Avengers in the Eastern Han Dynasty; the revenge system of the Yuan Dynasty belongs to the fusion of the Chinese law system and the Mongolian law system; The complement of the pardon system to the revenge system.
