【摘要】：巡海副使、備倭都司、備倭把總,其最初的設(shè)立時間相關(guān)正史缺乏記載,而嘉靖及以后的許多論述都認(rèn)為創(chuàng)立于洪武年間。本文通過對相關(guān)史料的考證,證明其為正統(tǒng)及以后才陸續(xù)設(shè)立,其設(shè)置大背景即是正統(tǒng)初期倭寇入犯增加,造成沿海形勢一度危險。巡海副使、備倭都司及備倭把總的設(shè)立,使得海防管理更加細(xì)化,沿海防衛(wèi)能力得以增強,也確保了相當(dāng)時期內(nèi)沿海形勢的基本穩(wěn)定。
[Abstract]:The first time of its establishment is not recorded in official history, and Jiajing and many later expositions are thought to have been founded in Hongwu period. Based on the textual research of relevant historical data, this paper proves that it is orthodox and has been established since then, and its setting background is the increase of Japanese invaders in the early period of orthodoxy, which caused the coastal situation to be dangerous for a time. The general establishment of the Department of preparing for Japan and the General Establishment of the Department of preparing for the Protection of the Sea make the management of coastal defence more detailed and the coastal defense capability enhanced, thus ensuring the basic stability of the coastal situation for a certain period of time.
