漢代大將軍文職化問(wèn)題考論

【摘要】：漢代在國(guó)家相對(duì)穩(wěn)定之時(shí),出現(xiàn)了由文官擔(dān)任武職大將軍的現(xiàn)象,即大將軍文職化現(xiàn)象。文職大將軍與之前的武職大將軍職能上截然不同,其主要職責(zé)是輔佐君主,統(tǒng)領(lǐng)朝政。據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì),文職化大將軍占漢代大將軍總數(shù)近三分之一,具有一定的代表性。文職大將軍的出現(xiàn)與當(dāng)時(shí)的社會(huì)背景有很大關(guān)系。至漢代,從官員的設(shè)置上看,已形成了完備的文武職官員,文武分職形成。但在具體官員任用過(guò)程中,文官可以任武將,武將也可以任文職,文武合一。所以,漢代政局穩(wěn)定之后,任用文官治理天下,出現(xiàn)了以文代武的趨勢(shì)。同時(shí),鑒于當(dāng)時(shí)三公力量強(qiáng)大,尤其是丞相,因而也是弱化三公的政治要求。此外,文職大將軍的出現(xiàn)也與其個(gè)人特殊身份有關(guān)。漢代文職大將軍皆帶有外戚身份,因此也是外戚與皇權(quán)特殊關(guān)系的產(chǎn)物。任何事物都是歷史發(fā)展到一定階段的產(chǎn)物,同時(shí),也會(huì)對(duì)歷史產(chǎn)生影響。文職任大將軍,對(duì)漢代軍事、權(quán)力結(jié)構(gòu)甚至后代均產(chǎn)生了不同影響。由于特殊的外戚身份,他們仗勢(shì)為所欲為,導(dǎo)致宦官不滿,外戚宦官爭(zhēng)權(quán)也使太學(xué)生不滿,又引起了黨錮之禍,最終也為漢代走向滅亡埋下伏筆。后代統(tǒng)治者,鑒于漢亡的慘痛教訓(xùn),均會(huì)適當(dāng)做出調(diào)整。
[Abstract]:In the Han Dynasty, when the country was relatively stable, there appeared the phenomenon that civil servants served as military generals, that is, the general was civilian. The chief duty of the civilian general is to assist the monarch and lead the government. According to statistics, civilian generals accounted for nearly 1/3 Han Dynasty generals, with a certain representation. The emergence of a civilian general had a lot to do with the social background at that time. To the Han Dynasty, from the setting of officials, has formed a complete civil and military officials, the formation of civil and military division. However, in the process of appointing specific officials, civil servants can be generals, generals can also be civilians, civil and military integration. Therefore, after the political stability of the Han Dynasty, civil servants were appointed to govern the world. At the same time, in view of the powerful power of the three public, especially the prime minister, it was also the political requirement to weaken the three public affairs. In addition, the emergence of civilian generals is also related to their special personal identity. The civilian generals of Han Dynasty all had the status of foreign relatives, so they were also the product of the special relationship between foreign relatives and imperial power. Anything is the product of historical development to a certain stage, but also has an impact on history. The civilian general had different influences on the Han military, power structure and even future generations. Because of their special status of foreign relatives, they did whatever they wanted, which led to the dissatisfaction of eunuchs, the power of foreign eunuchs also made too many students discontented, which also caused the calamity of the Party's imprisonment, and finally laid the groundwork for the end of the Han Dynasty. Future generations of rulers, in view of the tragic lessons of the Han Dynasty, will make appropriate adjustments.
