【摘要】：我國古代北方地區(qū)長期以來是賦役并重,唐宋以來尤以勞役特別沉重為特色,而南方地區(qū)勞役相對較輕。這是歷史形成的社會地域分工。北方役重的原因,主要是政治中心所在,各種社會活動和工程眾多,又是防邊備戰(zhàn)的軍事重心,國防、戰(zhàn)爭需要大量兵員民夫,加以黃河河患頻繁,常年勞役著數(shù)以萬計的沿岸人民。北方人民為社會歷史發(fā)展提供了主要的社會勞動生產(chǎn)力,勞役地租轉(zhuǎn)換的經(jīng)濟、財政價值同樣十分重要,并體現(xiàn)了與政府之間的嚴重的人身依附關系。沉重的勞役嚴重影響了北方社會經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,成為經(jīng)濟重心南移的主要原因之一。
[Abstract]:For a long time, the northern part of our country paid equal attention to the duty of duty, especially since the Tang and Song dynasties, which was characterized by the heavy labor, while the labor in the south was relatively light. This is the social and regional division of labor formed by history. The main reasons for the heavy service in the north are the political center, the numerous social activities and projects, and the military center of gravity for the defense of the border. For national defense and war, a large number of troops and men are required, and the Yellow River is frequently affected. There are tens of thousands of people along the coast who work all year round. The northern people provide the main productive forces of social labor for the social and historical development, and the economic and financial value of the conversion of servile land rent is also very important, and reflects the serious personal dependence relationship with the government. The heavy servitude seriously affected the social and economic development of the north, and became one of the main reasons of the economic center of gravity moving southward.
