【摘要】：“由內(nèi)向外”的發(fā)展嬗變是中國(guó)古代“近官”演變的基本特征之一。光祿勛作為秦漢近官之一,在歷史上也不無(wú)例外地表現(xiàn)出了外朝化的過(guò)程與特征。光祿勛的外朝化即指其從宮禁走向外廷,外化為九卿與三公的過(guò)程。漢晉光祿勛,即秦及漢初之郎中令,其本職為給事禁中,侍衛(wèi)、顧問(wèn)天子,并總領(lǐng)從官。漢武帝以來(lái),光祿勛開始從宮禁走向朝廷,管理、培訓(xùn)、調(diào)補(bǔ)郎官的職責(zé)漸重,期門、羽林漸為專門的皇家御林軍,逐漸脫離了光祿勛的管理體系;東漢中后期以來(lái),衍生出來(lái)了專門領(lǐng)兵征戰(zhàn)的東、西、南、北四中郎將和諸雜號(hào)中郎將,它們一般以征伐為己任,名雖同,而職迥殊,不復(fù)隸屬于光祿勛。光祿勛于東漢完成了由內(nèi)及外的外朝化進(jìn)程,作為九卿之一,典選、調(diào)補(bǔ)
[Abstract]:The development and evolution of "from the inside to the outside" is one of the basic features of the evolution of the "near official" in ancient China. As one of the close officials of the Qin and Han Dynasties, Lu Lu hoon, as one of the close officials of the Qin and Han Dynasties, has shown the process and characteristics of the externalization in the history. In the early period of the Qin and Han Dynasties, his duty was to ban, guard, and counselor Tian Zi, and since Emperor Han Wu Emperor, he began to move from palace ban to court, management, training, and tonic official's duty gradually, and the forest gradually became a special Royal Yu Linjun, gradually divorced from the management system of light Lu Hoon. Since the later period of East Hanzhoung, it has come out. In the East, the west, the south, the north and the north, the four middle Lang and the miscellaneous number Zhonglang will be taken for their own responsibilities, and they are not subordinate to the glory of Lu Lu.
