【摘要】：分家文書是有關(guān)人們社會(huì)生活和經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)的重要史料,本文通過(guò)分析清代前期一份徽州農(nóng)民的分家書,指出:清代的徽州是一個(gè)紛繁復(fù)雜、即使是面對(duì)面辦事也需要大量文字的社會(huì)。在民間,兄弟之間的分家可謂錙銖必較,即使是很小的財(cái)物,產(chǎn)權(quán)都需要明細(xì)的規(guī)定,一旦發(fā)生轉(zhuǎn)讓,均須以契約的形式加以確認(rèn),這顯然與徽州社會(huì)作為商賈之鄉(xiāng)濃厚的契約意識(shí)有關(guān)。在徽州,契約意識(shí)與商業(yè)發(fā)展形成了一種微妙的互動(dòng)。由此可見(jiàn),徽州所以成為著名的商賈之鄉(xiāng),并非偶然的巧合。
[Abstract]:Family separation document is an important historical data about people's social life and economic activities. By analyzing a letter from Huizhou farmers in the early Qing Dynasty, this paper points out that Huizhou in Qing Dynasty is a complicated and complicated one. Even a face-to-face society requires a lot of writing. In the folk, the separation between brothers can be said to be a penniless, even if it is very small property, property rights need to be specified in detail, in case of transfer, they must be confirmed by the form of a contract. This is obviously related to the strong contract consciousness of Huizhou society as the hometown of merchants. In Huizhou, contract consciousness and commercial development formed a subtle interaction. Thus, it is no coincidence that Huizhou became a famous place of merchants.
