【摘要】：正中國人民在南海的活動已有2 000多年歷史。中國最早發(fā)現(xiàn)、命名和開發(fā)利用南海諸島及相關海域,最早并持續(xù)、和平、有效地對南海諸島及相關海域行使主權(quán)和管轄,確立了在南海的領土主權(quán)和相關權(quán)益。南海概況南海屬于西太平洋的一個邊緣海,是亞洲三大邊緣海之一。南海北接中國廣東、海南、廣西和臺灣等省區(qū),以廣東省南澳島到臺灣島南端一線同東海分界;東南至菲律賓,南至加里曼丹島,西南至越南和馬來半島等地。面積約350萬平方公里,僅次于南太平洋的珊瑚海和印度
[Abstract]:The activities of the Chinese people in the South China Sea have a history of more than 2,000 years. China first discovered, named and exploited the South China Sea Islands and related waters. The earliest and lasting, peaceful and effective exercise of sovereignty and jurisdiction over the South China Sea islands and related waters established the territorial sovereignty and related rights and interests in the South China Sea. The South China Sea is one of the three major marginal seas in Asia. The South China Sea is bounded by Guangdong, Hainan, Guangxi and Taiwan provinces and regions in the north, along with the East China Sea on the southern tip of Guangdong Province's Nanao Island to Taiwan Island, southeast to the Philippines, south to Kalimantan Island, and southwest to Vietnam and the Malay Peninsula. Its area is about 3.5 million square kilometers, second only to the Coral Sea and India in the South Pacific
