論帝制時期中國政治正當(dāng)性的基本層次

【摘要】:中國傳統(tǒng)政治正當(dāng)性大體存在著君主制政治體系正當(dāng)性、王朝正當(dāng)合性、君權(quán)正當(dāng)性這樣三個基本層次。支撐著君主制正當(dāng)性的信仰基礎(chǔ),是一種基于某種宇宙秩序觀的“永恒君主制”觀念;而王朝正當(dāng)性的基礎(chǔ)則在于,應(yīng)是男性中國人以正當(dāng)手段取得政權(quán)而非女主、夷狄、篡臣在位,同時應(yīng)有足可稱道的統(tǒng)治功業(yè)如版圖統(tǒng)一、時間持久、以德服人等。在這一前提下,君主個人權(quán)力正當(dāng)性則主要取決于:君主有德、有表明超凡魅力的個人豐功偉業(yè)、有天命的符驗,還要有符合禮法的即位程序。這三種正當(dāng)性既相互影響又各有側(cè)重,是觀察中國傳統(tǒng)政治正當(dāng)性的基本切入點。
[Abstract]:There are three basic levels of Chinese traditional political legitimacy: monarchy political system, dynastic legitimacy and monarchy legitimacy. The belief that supports the legitimacy of the monarchy is a concept of "eternal monarchy" based on a certain view of the cosmic order, while the legitimacy of the dynasty is based on the fact that it is the male Chinese who should obtain power by proper means, not the female lord, Yiddi. At the same time, there should be enough outstanding achievements such as unification of territory, lasting time, serving people with virtue and so on. Under this premise, the legitimacy of the monarch's personal power mainly depends on: the monarch has virtue, has the individual great feat which shows the extraordinary charm, has the natural destiny's test, and also has the procedure which accords with the etiquette law. These three kinds of legitimacy not only influence each other but also focus on each other, which is the basic entry point to observe the legitimacy of Chinese traditional politics.
