【摘要】：正人民幣鈔票右下角(有的在左下角)有帶圓點(diǎn)的標(biāo)志。圓點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)者叫李小川。李小川1979年從部隊(duì)復(fù)員到工廠從事錢幣設(shè)計(jì)工作,他家門口時(shí)常有個(gè)盲人在賣報(bào),旁邊有個(gè)小女孩在替盲人數(shù)錢,一張又一張的白紙條從盲人口袋里扔出來(lái),李小川上去問(wèn)是怎么回事?小女孩哭著說(shuō):"不知是誰(shuí)缺德,把白紙條當(dāng)錢幣給了他。"
[Abstract]:The lower right corner of the RMB note (some in the lower left corner) has a dot sign. The dot designer is called Li Xiaochuan. Li Xiaochuan was demobilized from the army to a factory in 1979 to work in the design of coins. There was often a blind man selling newspapers in front of his family. Next to him, a little girl was counting the money for the blind. One after another white slips of paper were thrown out of the blind man's pocket. Li Xiaochuan went up to ask what was going on? The little girl cried, "I don't know who is unscrupulous, so she gave him the white note as a coin."
