【摘要】：正明朝大裁員明朝萬歷年間,張居正推行《考成法》,據(jù)此辦法,萬歷三年(1575年),查出"未完成年度目標(biāo)任務(wù)"的巡撫(相當(dāng)于省部級(jí))、撫按(相當(dāng)于中央駐各省紀(jì)委書記)官員54人。萬歷四年,山東有19名、河南有12名地市級(jí)官員,因征賦不足九成受到降級(jí)和革職處分。張居正當(dāng)政期間,按《考成法》裁革的冗員約占官吏總數(shù)的十分之三。不僅省部級(jí)官員的飯碗隨時(shí)被打破,相當(dāng)于國(guó)務(wù)院總理的首輔的飯碗有時(shí)也好不到哪兒去。明崇禎在任17年,撤免宰相多達(dá)
[Abstract]:During the Wanli period of the Ming Dynasty, Zhang Juzheng carried out the "examination of the law", according to which, Wanli three years (1575 years), found out that "not completed the annual target task" of the governor (equivalent to provincial and ministerial level) officials (equivalent to the Central Committee of discipline and discipline in each province) 54 officials.
