【摘要】：文章認(rèn)為,選用什么樣的官吏和怎樣選用官吏,對(duì)于政權(quán)治理的實(shí)現(xiàn)和延續(xù)具有重大作用。盡管古代統(tǒng)治者為此建立起了規(guī)制嚴(yán)格的選用官吏制度,但為了維護(hù)封建皇權(quán)專制家天下的統(tǒng)治目的,從本質(zhì)上注定了封建選官制度設(shè)計(jì)功能的必然失效。在人民民主制度下科學(xué)地總結(jié)歷史上選官制度更替的規(guī)律,并批判地吸取各種選官體制中的有益因素,對(duì)于公務(wù)員制度的不斷完善和執(zhí)政為民治國(guó)理念的充分實(shí)現(xiàn),具有重要的史鑒價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:The article holds that what kind of officials and how to choose officials plays an important role in the realization and continuation of regime governance. Although the ancient rulers established the system of selecting officials strictly for this purpose, in order to maintain the ruling purpose of feudal imperial autocracy, the design function of feudal system of selecting officials was doomed to be inexorable in essence. Under the people's democratic system, we scientifically sum up the law of the replacement of the official election system in history, and critically absorb the beneficial factors in all kinds of official election system, which is beneficial to the continuous improvement of the civil servant system and the full realization of the idea of governing the country for the people. It has important historical value.
