【摘要】：張世明獨(dú)著五卷本《法律、資源與時(shí)空建構(gòu):1644-1945年的中國(guó)》用資源史觀考察前近代中國(guó)歷史轉(zhuǎn)型的進(jìn)程,闡述了近三百年來(lái)中國(guó)的邊疆、司法、軍事、經(jīng)濟(jì)等場(chǎng)域的復(fù)雜變遷,并運(yùn)用跨學(xué)科方法進(jìn)行探究,力圖構(gòu)建新歷史法學(xué)的理論體系。
[Abstract]:Zhang Shiming's five-volume book, "Law, Resources and Space-Time Construction: China from 1644-1945" examines the process of the transformation of modern Chinese history before with the view of resource history, and expounds the complex changes in China's frontier, judicial, military, and economic fields over the past 300 years. And use cross-disciplinary approach to explore, trying to build a new historical jurisprudence theoretical system.
