【摘要】:本文選取鄉(xiāng)飲酒禮與明代地方社會控制為研究對象,力圖以鄉(xiāng)飲酒禮為視角,研究明代的地方社會控制,并探討明代國家權(quán)力與地方社會之間的互動關(guān)系,以期深化對明代社會歷史的認識。 本論文分為緒論、正文、結(jié)語三大部分,,各部分內(nèi)容如下:緒論主要是學術(shù)史回顧。正文分三章。第一章是鄉(xiāng)飲酒禮的概況,主要從明代鄉(xiāng)飲酒禮的沿革、明代鄉(xiāng)飲酒禮的內(nèi)容、明代鄉(xiāng)飲酒的特點三個方面來解析。鄉(xiāng)飲酒禮源自西周,并為以后各代所承襲。明代在承襲前代的基礎(chǔ)上,有所增損,具體來說就是:賓介遴選更加規(guī)范,禮制程序更加完善,特點更加明顯。第二章是鄉(xiāng)飲酒禮與地方社會控制,主要以鄉(xiāng)飲酒禮與宗族制度、鄉(xiāng)飲酒禮與鄉(xiāng)約制度、鄉(xiāng)飲酒禮與地方士紳三個方面來研究。國權(quán)不下縣,縣下唯宗族,宗族皆自治,自治靠倫理,倫理出鄉(xiāng)約,執(zhí)行靠士紳。地方長官舉辦鄉(xiāng)飲酒禮,其實是搭建官方擴展政治資源的平臺,以便于借助宗族和地方士紳的力量,一同維護基層社會的秩序,保證國家權(quán)力順利地向基層社會的延伸和滲透。第三章是對鄉(xiāng)飲酒禮與明代地方控制的評價。主要從制度層面和執(zhí)行層面來評價。明代鄉(xiāng)飲酒禮是明政府“防患于未然,治之于未亂”的控制思想、“剛?cè)嵯酀、“軟”“硬”兼施的控制策略、“禮—法相結(jié)合”的控制模式、“家國同構(gòu)的倫理文化”控制手段的集中體現(xiàn)。到了明代中后期,在統(tǒng)治者重視不夠和世風日下、人心不古的雙重情形之下,鄉(xiāng)飲酒禮在執(zhí)行過程中出現(xiàn)偏差,流于形式,“儀”存而“禮”失。 余論部分對正文進行了總結(jié),指出鄉(xiāng)飲酒禮在明代地方社會控制中的作用。
[Abstract]:This article chooses the local drinking ceremony and the local social control of the Ming Dynasty as the research object, tries hard to study the local social control of the Ming Dynasty from the angle of the township drinking ritual, and probes into the interactive relationship between the state power and the local society in the Ming Dynasty.In order to deepen the understanding of the social history of Ming Dynasty.This thesis is divided into three parts: introduction, main body and conclusion, as follows: introduction is a review of academic history.The text is divided into three chapters.The first chapter is the general situation of rural drinking ceremony, mainly from the Ming Dynasty rural drinking ritual evolution, Ming Dynasty rural drinking ceremony content, Ming Dynasty rural drinking characteristics of three aspects.Rural drinking ceremony originated from the Western Zhou Dynasty, and was inherited by later generations.On the basis of inheriting from the previous generation, the Ming Dynasty added and lost something, specifically: the selection of the object was more standardized, the procedure of etiquette was more perfect, and the characteristics were more obvious.The second chapter is about rural drinking ritual and local social control, mainly from three aspects: rural drinking ritual and clan system, rural drinking ritual and rural covenant system, rural drinking ritual and local gentry.State power does not go under the county, county only clan, clan autonomy, autonomy rely on ethics, ethics out of the village, the implementation rely on gentry.In fact, the local governor holds the ceremony of drinking wine in the township, which is actually a platform for the official expansion of political resources, so as to help the clan and the local gentry to jointly maintain the order of the grassroots society and to ensure the smooth extension and infiltration of state power to the grass-roots society.The third chapter is the evaluation of local control in Ming Dynasty.Mainly from the system level and the implementation level to evaluate.The centralized embodiment of the control means of "the ethical culture of homogeneity of family and country".The last part summarizes the text and points out the role of local drinking ritual in the local social control in Ming Dynasty.
