【摘要】:司馬遷是中國古代一位著名的史學(xué)家、文學(xué)家和思想家,在《史記》中,他或直接表述或通過對歷史人物、事件的記寫和評說,表達了他的用人思想。司馬遷認為用人關(guān)系國家的興亡成敗,用人重在識人,用人要適勢靈活。司馬遷的用人思想既有對前賢用人思想的吸收、發(fā)揚,更有其本人的獨立見解。司馬遷的用人思想對當今人們?nèi)绾斡萌司哂袑嶋H的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Si Maqian is a famous historian, writer and thinker in ancient China. In the Records of the History, he either directly expresses or comments on historical figures and events. Expressing his thinking on employing people. Si Maqian believes that employment is related to the success or failure of the country, that it is important for people to know people, and that they should be suitable for power and flexible. Si Maqian's thinking on employing people both absorbs and develops the thinking of former talents. Si Maqian's thought on how to use people is of practical significance.
