【摘要】：鄂爾多斯與陜西省的食鹽貿(mào)易由來已久,本文全面闡述清代鄂爾多斯鹽入陜銷售的基本情況。主要以《準(zhǔn)格爾旗札薩克衙門檔案譯編》為基本史料,結(jié)合清代官書、地方志等文獻(xiàn)以及近人論著,比較系統(tǒng)地闡述了鄂鹽在清代入陜銷售的過程和變化。清初,統(tǒng)治者默許鄂鹽入陜西銷售并免征鹽稅,以安撫蒙古；清中后期陜西官員對鄂鹽入陜銷售加以限制,或征收鹽稅,或設(shè)厘金局,而清廷對此基本是聽之任之。 本文由序言、正文、余論三部分組成。序言部分介紹了本文的選題意義、研究概況和主要史料。正文共分四部分,第一部分概述了清代以前鄂爾多斯與陜西的鹽業(yè)貿(mào)易歷史,歷經(jīng)唐宋元明四個(gè)朝代,貿(mào)易時(shí)斷時(shí)續(xù)；第二部分探究清代鄂爾多斯的鹽池分布與經(jīng)營狀況,這兩者直接影響鄂鹽在陜西的銷售；第三部分闡述了清代鄂鹽在陜西省食鹽市場中的銷售情況,并從鄂爾多斯和陜西省兩地的具體情況出發(fā),分析了鄂鹽之所以能在陜銷售并占據(jù)一席之地的原因；第四部分概述了晚清鄂鹽在陜銷售發(fā)生的新變化,這些變化主要有：對入陜銷售的鄂鹽開始征收鹽稅,在貿(mào)易地點(diǎn)設(shè)立厘金局,內(nèi)地官員試圖入蒙地收取鹽稅。并分析了造成這種變化的原因。余論部分總結(jié)本文主要論點(diǎn),并提出了今后研究的方向。
[Abstract]:The salt trade between Ordos and Shaanxi Province has a long history. This paper comprehensively expounds the basic situation of salt sales in Shaanxi in Qing Dynasty. The process and changes of the sales of Eyan in the Qing Dynasty were systematically expounded in the literature such as local chronicles and recent works. At the beginning of the Qing Dynasty, the rulers acquiesced in the sales of the salt in Shaanxi and were exempted from salt tax in order to placate Mongolia; In the middle and late Qing Dynasty, Shaanxi officials restricted the sales of Hubei salt into Shaanxi province, or levied salt tax, or set up a gold bureau, but the Qing government basically let it go. This paper consists of three parts: preface, text and conclusion. The preface introduces the significance of the topic, the general situation of the research and the main historical data. The text is divided into four parts. The first part summarizes the history of salt trade between Ordos and Shaanxi before the Qing Dynasty. Through the Tang, Song, Yuan and Ming dynasties, the trade is intermittent. The second part explores the distribution and management of salt pools in Ordos in Qing Dynasty, which directly affect the sales of Eyan in Shaanxi. The third part expounds the sales situation of Hubei salt in Shaanxi Province in Qing Dynasty, and analyzes the reason why Hubei salt can be sold in Shaanxi province from the concrete situation of Erdos and Shaanxi Province. The 4th part outlines the new changes that have taken place in the sales of Hubei salt in late Qing Dynasty. These changes mainly include: to levy salt tax on the salt sold in Shaanxi, and to set up the Lijin Bureau in the trading place. Mainland officials try to collect salt tax into the land and analyze the reasons for this change. The last part summarizes the main points of this paper and puts forward the direction of future research.
