【摘要】：清朝《欽定臺規(guī)》是我國古代立法水平最高、規(guī)定最嚴(yán)密的監(jiān)察法規(guī)。時至今日,該法規(guī)的某些規(guī)制對我國當(dāng)前的監(jiān)察立法建設(shè)仍具有重要的參考和借鑒價值�；谶@一認(rèn)識,文章從分析《欽定臺規(guī)》對監(jiān)察人員的管理制度及巡視制度等方面的指導(dǎo)思想和細(xì)致規(guī)定入手,指出了目前我國相關(guān)監(jiān)察立法的不足,相應(yīng)的闡述了《欽定臺規(guī)》在監(jiān)察人員的管理及巡視制度等方面對完善我國監(jiān)察立法的啟示。
[Abstract]:The Qing Dynasty "Imperial Taiwan Regulation" is the highest level of legislation and the most strict supervision law in ancient China. Up to now, some regulations of this law still have important reference and reference value to the current supervision legislation construction of our country. Based on the analysis of the guiding ideology and detailed regulations of the supervisory personnel's management system and the inspection system, the article points out the deficiencies of the relevant supervision legislation in our country at present. This paper expounds the enlightenment of the management of supervisory personnel and the inspection system to the perfection of supervision legislation in China.
