【摘要】：1942年5月,入緬抗戰(zhàn)的中國(guó)遠(yuǎn)征軍作戰(zhàn)失利,云南騰沖、保山等地先后淪陷,騰沖等分關(guān)關(guān)員分期分批,攜款挈眷,一路歷經(jīng)艱辛撤退至昆明關(guān)。事后,騰沖分關(guān)署副稅務(wù)司方度向昆明關(guān)稅務(wù)司署呈交相關(guān)報(bào)告多份,詳陳該分關(guān)此次撤退全部經(jīng)過(guò)情形,稱其"實(shí)為海關(guān)撤退史中最困難之一役"。
