【摘要】：諸呂之亂、七國(guó)之亂的爆發(fā)與大規(guī)模削奪王國(guó)封地有著較大或直接的關(guān)聯(lián)。文帝時(shí)期的王國(guó)政策分為"收國(guó)"與"分國(guó)"前后兩個(gè)階段,二者都建立在對(duì)呂后時(shí)期王國(guó)政策的反思和借鑒的基礎(chǔ)上,賈誼的"眾建"之策無(wú)法涵括文帝時(shí)期的王國(guó)政策。七國(guó)之亂的爆發(fā)宣告了晁錯(cuò)削藩政策的失敗,戰(zhàn)后對(duì)王國(guó)封地的削奪也是對(duì)戰(zhàn)敗者的一種懲罰方式,不能單純視為削藩政策的延續(xù),"削藩"同樣無(wú)法涵括景帝時(shí)期的王國(guó)政策。從叛亂的視角來(lái)看,西漢前期王國(guó)政策的演變是一個(gè)對(duì)實(shí)踐不斷反思、調(diào)整和更新的動(dòng)態(tài)過(guò)程。
[Abstract]:The outbreak of the chaos of Lu and the Seven Kingdoms had a great or direct connection with the large-scale expropriation of the feudal land of the Kingdom. The policy of the Kingdom in the period of Emperor Wen was divided into two stages: the period of "taking the country" and "dividing the country". Both of them are based on the reflection and reference of the policy of the Kingdom of Luhou, Jia Yi's policy of "mass building" can not include the imperial policy of Emperor Wen Dynasty. The outbreak of the "Seven Kingdoms" declared the failure of Chao Cuo's policy of cutting off the vassals. After the war, the expropriation of the kingdom was also a punishment for the defeated, which could not be regarded as a continuation of the policy of cutting off the vassal state. "cutting off the vassal" could not include the policy of kingship in the King's time, and from the angle of the insurrection, it could not be regarded as a continuation of the policy. The evolution of kingdom policy in the early Western Han Dynasty was a dynamic process of continuous reflection, adjustment and renewal of practice.
