【摘要】：17世紀(jì)沙皇俄國對黑龍江等東北地區(qū)的入侵,嚴(yán)重危害了中國的邊疆安定和領(lǐng)土完整。順治年間,清朝通過對沙俄侵略軍的數(shù)次征討,認(rèn)識到欲東北邊防穩(wěn)固必須建立強大的水師,故先在吉林設(shè)置船廠建造戰(zhàn)船,在此基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)置吉林水師�？滴跞�(1664),增設(shè)總管各員統(tǒng)轄水手,從此定為經(jīng)制之師,首開八旗水師建制之端。吉林水師作為東北第一水師,在官兵來源和構(gòu)成上有其獨特之處,由八旗披甲到選拔流人,極大增強了水師戰(zhàn)斗力,使其在反擊沙俄入侵,鞏固當(dāng)?shù)匕似祚v防,充實海防、保持東北地區(qū)水上交通線暢通,開發(fā)東北地區(qū)經(jīng)濟等方面發(fā)揮了重要作用。
[Abstract]:In seventeenth Century Russia invasion of northeast Heilongjiang, serious harm to the China border peace and territorial integrity. Three years (1664), with each member from the duct for the governance of seaman, business division, the first eight Navy system. As in the first Jilin navy navy, has its unique origin and formation in the officers and men, to flow to the selection by the armored, greatly enhancing naval combat force, the to counter the invasion of Russia, the consolidation of local Eight Banners in full, Haiphong, in northeast area of traffic on water flow, play an important role in the development of the northeast economy and so on.
