【摘要】：《明清時(shí)期陜西商幫歷史貢獻(xiàn)及其現(xiàn)實(shí)意義探析》一文是圍繞明代初年產(chǎn)生的陜西商幫,是充分利用明政府在陜西實(shí)行的“食鹽開中”、“茶馬交易”政策而迅速崛起的中國產(chǎn)生最早的商幫或商業(yè)集團(tuán)。他們登上歷史舞臺后,以大無畏的首創(chuàng)精神,將陜西的資源存量轉(zhuǎn)化為經(jīng)濟(jì)增量；將陜西的區(qū)位優(yōu)勢轉(zhuǎn)化為經(jīng)濟(jì)優(yōu)勢；將陜西的技術(shù)存量轉(zhuǎn)化為效益增量,在食鹽、茶葉、棉布、藥材、水煙、木材、皮貨和錢莊八大關(guān)系國計(jì)民生的產(chǎn)業(yè)領(lǐng)域,形成了自身的優(yōu)勢地位,壟斷經(jīng)營著明清時(shí)期東部與西部貿(mào)易聯(lián)系達(dá)五百年之久,在東西部的貿(mào)易通商領(lǐng)域始終處于主導(dǎo)量的地位,在五百多年的歷史經(jīng)營中,他們是明清時(shí)期最早登上歷史舞臺的中國商幫；在明政府“茶馬交易”政策引導(dǎo)下,他們踩出了從陜西紫陽、漢中到甘肅洮州、河州的中國歷史上首條茶馬古道：開創(chuàng)了中國歷史上第一條鹽馬古道——定邊鹽馬古道開創(chuàng)者；創(chuàng)造了“合伙股份制”中國歷史上最早的股份制；創(chuàng)造了中國歷史上最早的以“日分”為主要形式的契約股份制；他們創(chuàng)造了明清時(shí)期青藏、康藏草原上最早的民族貿(mào)易中介形式—“歇家”、“鍋樁”；在清代“川鹽入黔”過程中,他們將陜西“西鳳酒”的釀造技藝引入貴州,創(chuàng)造了號稱“中國國酒”的“茅臺酒”；他們是號稱“天下第一會館”--社旗山陜會館的創(chuàng)造者等“八個(gè)歷史第一”,并形成了以“厚重直至,忠義仁勇”為核心價(jià)值觀的“陜商精神”。這些歷史貢獻(xiàn),對于推動明清全國商品經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,促使明清之際中國市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的萌芽,推動西部經(jīng)濟(jì)的初步開發(fā)和對陜西經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展都發(fā)揮出了巨大的歷史能量,留下了光輝的足跡。在今天為實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興奮斗的新的歷史時(shí)期,研究陜西商幫的歷史作用和歷史貢獻(xiàn),總結(jié)他們的歷史經(jīng)驗(yàn)和歷史創(chuàng)造,對于激發(fā)陜西人的改革開放精神,為陜西經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展提供歷史經(jīng)驗(yàn)和精神動力；對于社會主義國有企業(yè)的經(jīng)營制度改革和發(fā)展混合經(jīng)濟(jì),推動社會主義企業(yè)制度的完善；對于把陜西建成絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶新起點(diǎn),實(shí)現(xiàn)國家向西發(fā)展的改革開放戰(zhàn)略；對于推動社會主義以誠信為主要內(nèi)容的市場規(guī)則的形成和完善社會主義道德體系建設(shè),都可提供直接的歷史經(jīng)驗(yàn)和具有直接操作性的歷史借鑒；都可提供歷史文化的模版和優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化的支撐。
[Abstract]:An Analysis of the Historical contribution and realistic significance of Shaanxi Commercial groups in the Ming and Qing dynasties. The article revolves around the early years of the Ming Dynasty and takes full advantage of the "salt opening" implemented by the Ming government in Shaanxi. "Tea and horse trading" policy and the rapid rise of China's earliest business groups or business groups. They boarded the historical stage, with the fearless spirit of initiative, Shaanxi's resource stock into economic growth; Turn Shaanxi's regional advantage into economic advantage; The technology stock of Shaanxi will be transformed into benefit increment, in salt, tea, cotton cloth, medicinal materials, water fumes, wood, leather goods and money bank related to the national economy and people's livelihood in the industrial field, forming its own dominant position. Monopoly management in the Ming and Qing dynasties eastern and western trade ties for 500 years, in the eastern and western areas of trade and trade has always been in the leading position, in more than 500 years of historical management. They were the earliest Chinese business groups on the historical stage in the Ming and Qing dynasties. Under the guidance of the "Tea and Horse Trade" policy of the Ming government, they stepped out from Ziyang, Shaanxi, Hanzhong to Taozhou, Gansu. Hezhou's first tea horse road in Chinese history: the first salt horse ancient road in Chinese history-the founder of the Dingbian Salt Horse Road; It created the earliest joint-stock system in the history of China. Created the earliest contract joint-stock system in the history of China with "Japanese division" as the main form; They created the earliest forms of ethnic trade intermediary in Qinghai-Tibet and Kangzang grasslands during the Ming and Qing dynasties-"Xie Jia", "pot pile"; In the process of "Sichuan salt entering Guizhou" in Qing Dynasty, they introduced the brewing technique of Shaanxi "Xifeng wine" into Guizhou, and created "Mao Tai Liquor", which is called "China National Wine". They are known as "the first Guild in the world"-the creators of Shanshan and Shaanxi Guild Hall of the social flag, and so on "eight history first", and formed with "thick until." Zhongyi Renyong "as the core value of the" Shaanxi-Shang spirit ". These historical contributions to promote the development of commodity economy in the Ming and Qing dynasties, promote the germination of China's market economy during the Ming and Qing dynasties. The initial development of the western economy and the development of the economy of Shaanxi have both given play to the great historical energy and left a brilliant footprint, which is a new historical period of struggle to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation today. To study the historical role and contribution of Shaanxi merchants and sum up their historical experience and historical creation can stimulate the spirit of reform and opening up of Shaanxi people and provide historical experience and spiritual power for the economic and social development of Shaanxi.
