【摘要】：國外政黨聯(lián)系民眾的主要做法有:拓展聯(lián)系民眾渠道、關(guān)注民眾利益實(shí)現(xiàn)、塑造清廉親民形象、建立聯(lián)系民眾機(jī)構(gòu)與制度。國外政黨聯(lián)系民眾的主要模式有兩種:以美國為代表的,競爭性政黨體制下基于選票外在壓力的聯(lián)系民眾模式;以古巴為代表的,非競爭性政黨體制下基于爭取民心內(nèi)在動(dòng)力的聯(lián)系民眾模式。國外政黨聯(lián)系民眾的主要做法及模式,為我們黨新形勢下聯(lián)系群眾、密切黨群關(guān)系提供了有益啟示。
[Abstract]:The main ways for foreign political parties to contact the people are to expand the channels of contact with the people, pay attention to the realization of the interests of the people, shape the image of clean and pro-people, and establish institutions and systems to contact the people. There are two main modes of connecting people between foreign political parties: the United States as the representative, the competitive party system based on the external pressure of the vote model, and Cuba as the representative, the non-competitive party system based on the internal motivation of the people. The main methods and models of foreign political parties connecting with the people have provided beneficial enlightenment for our party to contact the masses and close the relationship between the party and the masses under the new situation.
