【摘要】：網(wǎng)絡(luò)在我國(guó)民主發(fā)展中的作用已經(jīng)被越來(lái)越多的人所認(rèn)同。但它不是十全十美,網(wǎng)絡(luò)民主的繁榮、便利、熱鬧,并不能說(shuō)明它已經(jīng)至臻完美毫無(wú)瑕疵,網(wǎng)絡(luò)民主中魚(yú)龍混雜,泥沙俱下,有諸多缺陷,離開(kāi)不足奢談網(wǎng)絡(luò)民主,就很難發(fā)揮它的積極作用。我們應(yīng)該善用網(wǎng)絡(luò)、引領(lǐng)網(wǎng)絡(luò),正確認(rèn)識(shí)網(wǎng)絡(luò)在民主進(jìn)程中的缺陷,采取措施使之沿著正確、文明、健康的軌道運(yùn)行。
[Abstract]:The role of network in the development of democracy in our country has been recognized by more and more people. However, it is not perfect. The prosperity, convenience, and bustle of cyber democracy do not mean that it has become perfect and impeccable, that it is mixed in cyber democracy, that there are many defects in it, and that it does not leave enough to talk about cyber democracy. It is difficult to play its positive role. We should make the best use of the network, lead the network, correctly understand the shortcomings of the network in the democratic process, take measures to make it move along the correct, civilized and healthy track.
