【摘要】：目前國內(nèi)對于行政倫理問題的研究，無論是數(shù)量上，還是質(zhì)量上均取得了豐碩的理論研究成果，對于現(xiàn)實中行政管理倫理化運行也發(fā)揮著不可或缺的指導(dǎo)性作用。但是，過往的大部分研究仍多采用經(jīng)驗分析等傳統(tǒng)研究方法，政治科學(xué)類及實證類等研究方法應(yīng)用較少，客觀性有待提高。另外，對于我國行政倫理情況進行完整的綜評性的發(fā)展式研究同樣較為少有，同時這種回顧綜評性質(zhì)的發(fā)展式研究卻又是十分必要，而本文便是基于此上所進行的嘗試。 本文收集了1996年至2010年間發(fā)表在我國學(xué)術(shù)期刊上的行政倫理研究論文490篇，對其進行整理歸納、建立數(shù)據(jù)庫、制作統(tǒng)計圖表等，并嘗試運用計量分析、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計分析等多種研究方法和相關(guān)工具進行對比分析，從而了解我國行政倫理研究的基本態(tài)勢、不同發(fā)展階段的特點及其規(guī)律，并對理論研究的未來走勢進行分析和初步研判，，同時針對過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)的不足，提出相應(yīng)的建議與對策。希望通過本文的撰寫能夠?qū)τ谛姓䝼惱硌芯科鸬揭欢ǖ膮⒖純r值。
[Abstract]:At present, the research on administrative ethics in our country, both in quantity and quality, has made great achievements in theoretical research, and has played an indispensable guiding role in the ethical operation of administrative management in reality. However, most of the previous studies still used traditional research methods, such as empirical analysis, political science and empirical research methods are less applied, objectivity needs to be improved. At the same time, it is very necessary to review the developmental research of the nature of comprehensive evaluation, and this paper is based on the attempt on the basis of the development of comprehensive evaluation of the situation of administrative ethics in China is also less comprehensive evaluation of the development of the study is also relatively rare, and the review of the nature of comprehensive evaluation of the development of research is very necessary. This paper collected 490 papers on administrative ethics published in academic journals of our country from 1996 to 2010, and summarized them, set up a database, made statistical charts and so on, and tried to use econometric analysis. By comparing and analyzing various research methods and related tools, such as mathematical statistical analysis, we can understand the basic situation of administrative ethics research in China, the characteristics and rules of different stages of development, and so on. The future trend of theoretical research is analyzed and judged, and the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures are put forward in view of the shortcomings found in the process. I hope that the writing of this article can play a certain reference value for the study of administrative ethics.
