【摘要】：托克維爾《論美國(guó)的民主》沿柏拉圖、亞里士多德、中古思想家、啟蒙思想家、美國(guó)聯(lián)邦黨人一脈學(xué)者的思路,討論了美國(guó)民主中的"多數(shù)"與"少數(shù)"、"民主暴政"等問(wèn)題,提出了"多數(shù)的無(wú)限權(quán)威"、"民主政體立法不穩(wěn)定"等概念和結(jié)論。但這些研究缺乏應(yīng)有的縝密和確當(dāng),有些論述恐只是邏輯推理而難以符合實(shí)際,有關(guān)歷史資料的使用也缺乏嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)性或歷史感,一些分析甚至似是而非。而由于深存貴族心結(jié),作者的理論還帶有感情色彩。我們的使命則應(yīng)是在繼承他的思想精華的同時(shí),彌補(bǔ)不足,修正錯(cuò)誤,以一種建設(shè)性的新型理論設(shè)計(jì),推動(dòng)當(dāng)代政治的健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Tocqueville, on American Democracy, discusses the "majority" and "minority" in American democracy along the lines of Plato, Aristotle, Middle Ancient thinker, Enlightenment thinker, and American Federal Party scholar. The concepts and conclusions of "democratic tyranny" are put forward, such as "unlimited authority of majority" and "unstable legislation of democratic regime". However, these studies lack due meticulous and accurate, some statements may be just logical reasoning and difficult to conform to the reality, the use of relevant historical data is also lack of rigor or sense of history, some analysis is even paradoxical. As a result of the deep nobleman knot, the author's theory also has the emotion color. While inheriting the essence of his thoughts, our mission should be to make up for the shortcomings, correct the mistakes, and promote the healthy development of contemporary politics with a new constructive theoretical design.
