【摘要】：公共理性是政治哲學(xué)的一個重要問題。哈貝馬斯與羅爾斯曾就該問題進行過一場精彩的對話。哈貝馬斯認為,羅爾斯的理論看似具有程序主義的設(shè)計,其實并未擺脫自由主義的實質(zhì)性預(yù)設(shè)。事實上,羅爾斯的公共理性并非如哈貝馬斯所言,完全缺少程序性的因素,不過,他的公共理性的確存在一些重要缺陷。公共理性的討論者需要公開陳述自己的理由,從而相互援引和辯難,而羅爾斯未對公民在政治問題中如何運用公共理由做出詳細的說明。在這一點上,哈貝馬斯的商談規(guī)則有助于補充羅爾斯的理論。
[Abstract]:Public rationality is an important issue in political philosophy. Habermas and Rawls had a wonderful dialogue on the issue. Habermas believes that Rawls' theory seems to have a procedural design, in fact, it does not get rid of the substantial presupposition of liberalism. In fact, Rawls' public rationality is not completely lack of procedural factors, as Habermas said, but there are some important defects in his public rationality. Public rational discussants need to publicly state their reasons, thus invoking and debating each other, and Rawls does not give a detailed explanation of how citizens use public reasons in political issues. In this regard, Habermas's rules of negotiation help complement Rawls' theory.
