【摘要】："中國(guó)式民主"從其提出的語境來看,不是對(duì)我國(guó)現(xiàn)階段民主建設(shè)的理論概括與抽象,而是對(duì)中國(guó)民主發(fā)展目標(biāo)的理性訴求,換言之,"中國(guó)式民主"不是概念,而是一種關(guān)于民主的實(shí)踐理念。由于中西民主各有其實(shí)現(xiàn)的前提與界限,因此,堅(jiān)持以"中國(guó)式民主"實(shí)踐理念為引領(lǐng),不僅是推進(jìn)中國(guó)民主建設(shè)的正確途徑,也是防止其淪于現(xiàn)代詭辯的有效方式。民主是"表",它必須服從和服務(wù)于國(guó)家和社會(huì)發(fā)展之"里",因此,檢驗(yàn)"中國(guó)式民主"好壞的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),不在民主本身,而在民主之外,即它是否與國(guó)家和社會(huì)發(fā)展具有正相適應(yīng)度。
[Abstract]:From its context, "Chinese democracy" is not a summary and abstraction of the theory of democracy construction in China at the present stage, but a rational demand for the development goal of Chinese democracy. In other words, "Chinese democracy" is not a concept. It's a practical idea about democracy. Since Chinese and Western democracies have their own preconditions and limits to be realized, it is not only the correct way to promote the construction of democracy in China, but also the effective way to prevent them from falling into modern sophistry by adhering to the practical concept of "Chinese democracy". Democracy is a "form", and it must obey and serve the "inside" of national and social development.Therefore, the criterion for testing the quality of "Chinese-style democracy" is not democracy itself, but outside of democracy. That is, whether it has a positive degree of adaptation to national and social development.
