《孟子》的國(guó)家管理思想及其當(dāng)代價(jià)值研究

【摘要】： 管理,是人類最基本的社會(huì)活動(dòng)之一。任何管理活動(dòng),總是受到一定管理理論的指導(dǎo)；而任何管理理論,又總是受到一定管理思想的制約。中華文明,是人類歷史上唯一沒(méi)有中斷過(guò)的古老文明,具有延續(xù)幾千年的社會(huì)管理的豐富經(jīng)驗(yàn)。以儒家思想為主體的中國(guó)古代管理思想,在中國(guó)古代社會(huì)的管理活動(dòng)中具有不可忽視的地位和作用。特別是先秦儒家的管理思想,因具有原創(chuàng)性,對(duì)于探討我國(guó)管理思想的的發(fā)源和奠基,其價(jià)值尤為突出。先秦儒家的管理思想形成了我國(guó)古代管理思想的基本框架。 其中的重要代表之一就是孟子一系的管理思想,孟子的管理思想主要集中在《孟子》一書(shū)中�！睹献印返墓芾硭枷胧窍惹厝寮业墓芾硭枷氲闹黧w內(nèi)容之一,它對(duì)于構(gòu)筑了先秦儒家文化的歷史地位和價(jià)值作用有著重要的貢獻(xiàn)。對(duì)其進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步得提煉、拾粹以及整合,這對(duì)于社會(huì)管理的進(jìn)步和發(fā)展無(wú)疑具有重大的理論價(jià)值與現(xiàn)實(shí)價(jià)值。 在此對(duì)《孟子》的國(guó)家管理思想及其當(dāng)代價(jià)值進(jìn)行較為全面的分析。全文共為四大部分,首先是論述《孟子》中的政治管理思想,對(duì)這一部分論文進(jìn)行了三點(diǎn)闡述：一是《孟子》的政治管理思想的理論基礎(chǔ)——“性善論”；二是《孟子》的政治管理思想是以“仁政”為目標(biāo)；三是實(shí)現(xiàn)政治管理的兩大杠桿是“分”與“和”。其次是論述《孟子》中的經(jīng)濟(jì)管理思想就是“養(yǎng)民富民”思想,其中獨(dú)特的經(jīng)濟(jì)管理思想是“恒產(chǎn)論”。再次是論述《孟子》中的人才管理思想,其包括教化管理思想、自我管理思想以及用人思想。最后對(duì)《孟子》的國(guó)家管理思想的當(dāng)代價(jià)值進(jìn)行了四點(diǎn)闡述：一是仁德管理的回歸；二是執(zhí)經(jīng)達(dá)權(quán)的管理要領(lǐng)；三是自我管理的思想實(shí)現(xiàn)了道德修養(yǎng)和道德實(shí)踐的有機(jī)結(jié)合；四是以“仁政”為目標(biāo)的國(guó)家管理思想增強(qiáng)了為人民服務(wù)的人文內(nèi)涵。
[Abstract]:Management is one of the most basic social activities of human beings. Any management activity is always guided by certain management theory, and any management theory is always restricted by certain management thought. Chinese civilization, the only ancient civilization that has not been interrupted in human history, has rich experience in social management for thousands of years. The management thought of ancient China, with Confucianism as the main body, plays an important role in the management activities of ancient Chinese society. Especially the management thought of the pre-Qin Confucianism, because of its originality, its value is especially outstanding for discussing the origin and foundation of the management thought in our country. The management thought of the pre-Qin Confucianism formed the basic frame of the ancient management thought of our country. One of the important representatives of Mencius is the management thought of Mencius, which is mainly concentrated in Mencius. The management thought of Mencius is one of the main contents of the management thought of pre-Qin Confucianism. It has important contribution to constructing the historical position and value function of pre-Qin Confucian culture. It is undoubtedly of great theoretical and practical value for the progress and development of social management. In this paper, Mencius' national management thought and its contemporary value are comprehensively analyzed. The thesis is composed of four parts. Firstly, it discusses the political management thought in Mencius, and expounds three aspects of this part: first, the theoretical foundation of Mencius' political management thought "the theory of sexual goodness"; The second is that Mencius' political management aims at "benevolent government", and the third is that the two levers of political management are "dividing" and "harmony". Secondly, it discusses that the economic management thought in Mencius is the idea of "nourishing the people and enriching the people", among which the unique economic management thought is "the theory of permanent property". Thirdly, it discusses the thought of talent management in Mencius, which includes the thoughts of enlightenment, self management and personnel. Finally, the paper expounds the contemporary value of Mencius' national management thought: first, the return of Ren De's management; second, the management essentials of carrying out the right of the classics; thirdly, the self-management thought realizes the organic combination of moral cultivation and moral practice; Fourthly, the national management thought aiming at "benevolent government" strengthens the humanistic connotation of serving the people.
