【摘要】：經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)發(fā)展需要一個穩(wěn)定的政治環(huán)境,沒有一個穩(wěn)定的政治環(huán)境,沒有一個可以預(yù)期的政府行為模式,而想要實(shí)現(xiàn)長期的社會穩(wěn)定和可持續(xù)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展那是不可能的。正是基于這個原因,本文嘗試探討政治穩(wěn)定這個議題,也期望藉此能對當(dāng)代中國的政治穩(wěn)定問題進(jìn)行一個學(xué)理上的理論分析。特別是當(dāng)前中國正處于社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的關(guān)鍵階段,各種社會矛盾正處于多發(fā)期和凸顯期,能否實(shí)現(xiàn)社會維穩(wěn)機(jī)制的制度化和經(jīng)�；侵袊芊癯晒�(shí)現(xiàn)社會平穩(wěn)轉(zhuǎn)型的關(guān)鍵,因此本文將當(dāng)前中國政治穩(wěn)定機(jī)制的制度化建構(gòu)作為主要議題,以期找出實(shí)現(xiàn)中國政治穩(wěn)定發(fā)展的有效途徑。同時,要想科學(xué)的理解現(xiàn)實(shí)問題必須以正確的理論工具作指導(dǎo),正因?yàn)槿绱?本文主要以亨廷頓的政治穩(wěn)定理論作為主要的理論分析工具,并根據(jù)中國具體的現(xiàn)實(shí)國情有選擇的對其進(jìn)行吸收利用。具體來說,本文的主要內(nèi)容如下:第一章,首先對政治穩(wěn)定的概念進(jìn)行界定,然后對亨廷頓的政治穩(wěn)定理論進(jìn)行梳理與闡述。關(guān)于亨廷頓的政治穩(wěn)定理論的介紹,本章主要是以政治參與、政治權(quán)威、政治變革和政黨制度等要素與政治穩(wěn)定的關(guān)系來談的。第二章,本章主要對亨廷頓的政治穩(wěn)定理論進(jìn)行評析,首先指出亨廷頓政治穩(wěn)定理論對于發(fā)展中國家實(shí)現(xiàn)政治穩(wěn)定的意義,然后指出它的不足和缺陷。第三章,本章主要是對當(dāng)前影響中國政治穩(wěn)定的主要因素進(jìn)行分析和歸納,并且指出當(dāng)前我國在應(yīng)對政治穩(wěn)定問題的過程中出現(xiàn)的困境。第四章,本章主要是說明亨廷頓政治穩(wěn)定理論對中國當(dāng)下建立政治穩(wěn)定機(jī)制的啟示,并從黨的執(zhí)政能力、制度化建設(shè)和公民社會的培育這三個方面來探討中國維穩(wěn)機(jī)制的建構(gòu)。
[Abstract]:The sustainable development of economy needs a stable political environment, without a predictable government behavior model, and it is impossible to achieve long-term social stability and sustainable economic development. It is for this reason that this paper tries to discuss the issue of political stability and hopes to make a theoretical and theoretical analysis of the issue of political stability in contemporary China. In particular, at present China is in the critical stage of socialist modernization, and various social contradictions are in a period of frequent occurrence and prominence. Whether we can realize the institutionalization and regularization of the social stability mechanism is the key to the success of social transformation in China. Therefore, the main topic of this paper is the institutionalization of the political stability mechanism in China. In order to find out the effective way to realize the stable development of Chinese politics. At the same time, in order to understand the practical problems scientifically, we must take the correct theoretical tools as the guidance. For this reason, this paper mainly takes Huntington's political stability theory as the main theoretical analysis tool. And according to the specific reality of China's national conditions to selectively absorb and use it. Specifically, the main contents of this paper are as follows: in Chapter one, the concept of political stability is defined, and then Huntington's theory of political stability is combed and expounded. On the introduction of Huntington's theory of political stability, this chapter mainly discusses the relationship between political participation, political authority, political reform and political stability. In the second chapter, this chapter mainly analyzes Huntington's theory of political stability, first points out the significance of Huntington's theory of political stability for developing countries to achieve political stability, and then points out its shortcomings and shortcomings. In the third chapter, this chapter mainly analyzes and summarizes the main factors that affect China's political stability, and points out the difficulties in the process of dealing with the political stability in China. In the fourth chapter, this chapter mainly explains the inspiration of Huntington's political stability theory to the establishment of political stability mechanism in China, and probes into the construction of Chinese stability mechanism from three aspects: the ruling ability of the Party, the institutional construction and the cultivation of civil society.
