【摘要】：要:尺度政治理論產(chǎn)生于生產(chǎn)方式的變革與全球化的深入發(fā)展、新自由主義的興起與治理方式的轉(zhuǎn)型以及西方人文地理學(xué)的尺度轉(zhuǎn)向等實踐和理論背景中。其研究經(jīng)歷了由重點關(guān)注尺度的政治建構(gòu)到重點關(guān)注行動者的話語和實踐的轉(zhuǎn)變。以此為基礎(chǔ),從結(jié)構(gòu)—行為—行動者視角可以總結(jié)出尺度政治研究的三個方向:作為政治過程的尺度結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)變、跨尺度的政治行為與策略以及跨尺度的政治行動者聯(lián)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)。隨后,本文回顧了當(dāng)前研究中的三個案例以進(jìn)一步闡明尺度政治理論的實踐應(yīng)用以及上述三個方向之間的區(qū)別與聯(lián)系。最后,基于國內(nèi)語境,本文從理論和實證兩方面出發(fā)初步探討了國內(nèi)下一步研究應(yīng)重點關(guān)注的問題。
[Abstract]:The main points are as follows: the theory of scale politics came into being in the background of practice and theory, such as the reform of production mode and the development of globalization, the rise of neoliberalism and the transformation of governance mode, as well as the scale turn of western humanistic geography. The research has undergone a transformation from the political construction of the focus scale to the discourse and practice of the key actors. Based on this, three directions of scale political research can be summarized from the perspective of structure-behavior-actor: the transformation of scale structure as a political process, the cross-scale political behavior and strategy, and the cross-scale network of political actors. Then, this paper reviews three cases in the present study to further clarify the practical application of the theory of scale politics and the differences and connections between the three directions mentioned above. Finally, based on the domestic context, this paper preliminarily discusses the problems that should be paid attention to in the next step of domestic research from both theoretical and empirical aspects.
