【摘要】：責(zé)任政府和行政問責(zé)是政治價(jià)值選擇和政治制度構(gòu)建的有機(jī)組成部分。考察和歸納國外責(zé)任政府構(gòu)建和行政問責(zé)制度實(shí)踐的共同性因素,將其進(jìn)行建模分析,了解促成國外行政問責(zé)制運(yùn)行良好的變量(自變量)及其之間的相互關(guān)系,對于建設(shè)符合中國國情、具有中國特色的責(zé)任政府和行政問責(zé)制度,可以提供更為清晰的借鑒經(jīng)驗(yàn)和理性思路。
[Abstract]:Responsible government and administrative accountability is an organic part of political value choice and political system construction. This paper investigates and summarizes the common factors in the construction of responsible government and the practice of administrative accountability system in foreign countries, and analyzes its modeling and analysis, so as to understand the variables (independent variables) that contribute to the good operation of foreign administrative accountability system and their mutual relations. It can provide more clear experience and rational thinking for the construction of the accountability system of responsibility government and administration with Chinese characteristics in line with China's national conditions.
