【摘要】：中國(guó)幾千年的歷史,實(shí)際上就是一部倫理道德觀念的發(fā)展史,這些道德觀念中,孔子的官德思想對(duì)春秋戰(zhàn)國(guó)以來(lái)歷朝歷代官德思想的傳承與發(fā)展有著相當(dāng)重要而深刻的影響,孔子秉承以往倫理道德思想之精華,于禮崩樂(lè)壞的亂世之中醞釀而生,本著解決當(dāng)時(shí)社會(huì)矛盾,維護(hù)封建社會(huì)秩序,救民于亂世,以保國(guó)家安定的政治目標(biāo),提出了為政以德、為政以民、為政以仁等官德思想中的核心價(jià)值。新時(shí)期隨著我國(guó)社會(huì)發(fā)展的深入和行政制度的進(jìn)一步改革,社會(huì)道德尤其是行政領(lǐng)域的官德問(wèn)題日益凸顯,對(duì)于官德思想的討論和研究也隨之顯得更加重要。 本文首先從時(shí)間和空間兩個(gè)維度出發(fā),具體探究孔子官德思想形成的歷史根源及社會(huì)根源。其次通過(guò)孔子官德思想的核心價(jià)值、現(xiàn)實(shí)操守和實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)制具體闡述孔子官德思想的主要蘊(yùn)涵。再次,根據(jù)孔子官德思想的內(nèi)容探討其三方面的鮮明特色和對(duì)幾千年中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)文化所產(chǎn)生的深遠(yuǎn)影響。最后,在當(dāng)代歷史境遇中,我們看到了孔子官德思想新的延伸與發(fā)展,深刻探究孔子官德思想對(duì)新時(shí)期新形勢(shì)下中國(guó)的社會(huì)主義文化建設(shè)、社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)以及中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨執(zhí)政理念的先進(jìn)性與純潔性的借鑒所具有的寶貴價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:The history of China for thousands of years is in fact the history of the development of ethical and moral concepts. Among these moral concepts, Confucius' official morality thought has a very important and profound impact on the inheritance and development of the official ethics thought of successive dynasties since the Spring and Autumn and warring States dynasties. Confucius inherited the essence of the ethics and morality of the past and came into being in the turbulent times when etiquette collapsed and broke music. In order to resolve the social contradictions at that time, to maintain the order of feudal society, to save the people in troubled times, and to safeguard the stability of the country, Confucius put forward the political goal of "politics with virtue". The core value of the official morality thought such as the government and the people, the government and the benevolence. In the new period, with the deepening of social development and the further reform of administrative system, the issue of social morality, especially the official morality in the administrative field, has become increasingly prominent, and the discussion and research on the thought of official morality has become more and more important. This paper first explores the historical and social roots of Confucius' official morality from the two dimensions of time and space. Secondly, through the core value of Confucius' official moral thought, realistic ethics and realization mechanism, this paper expounds the main implication of Confucius' official moral thought. Thirdly, according to the content of Confucius' official morality thought, the paper discusses its three distinct characteristics and its profound influence on Chinese traditional culture for thousands of years. Finally, in the contemporary historical circumstances, we see the new extension and development of Confucius' official morality, and deeply explore the construction of Chinese socialist culture in the new era and new situation. The socialist harmonious society and the reference of the advanced nature and purity of the ruling idea of the Communist Party of China have valuable value.
