【摘要】：民主與世界上其他任何事物一樣也是普遍性和特殊性的統(tǒng)一,西式民主并非民主的唯一模式;馬克思主義理論創(chuàng)立之初,其創(chuàng)始人馬克思恩格斯就非常明確地把民主確立為無產(chǎn)階級解放運(yùn)動(dòng)的一個(gè)偉大目標(biāo);民主始終是中國共產(chǎn)黨人高揚(yáng)的一面旗幟,中國共產(chǎn)黨自成立之日起就始終不渝地奮力推進(jìn)民主事業(yè)的發(fā)展;當(dāng)前全球性的民主衰退現(xiàn)象是多種變量共同作用的結(jié)果,而不應(yīng)簡單地歸因于民主惹的禍;人類社會(huì)走向民主是一個(gè)自然歷史過程,暫時(shí)的曲折與反復(fù)并不能改變社會(huì)歷史發(fā)展的基本趨勢。
[Abstract]:Democracy, like anything else in the world, is the unity of universality and particularity, and Western-style democracy is not the only model of democracy. At the beginning of the establishment of Marxist theory, the founder of Marx and Engels clearly established democracy as a great goal of the proletarian liberation movement. Democracy has always been a banner held high by the Chinese Communists. Since its founding, the Communist Party of China has unswervingly pushed forward the development of the cause of democracy. The current global decline in democracy is the result of a combination of variables and should not simply be attributed to the scourge of democracy; Human society to democracy is a natural historical process, temporary twists and turns and repeated can not change the basic trend of social and historical development.
