【摘要】：民主是人類社會一直追求的美好理想和目標(biāo),是人類社會共同的向往和永恒的價值追求。以毛澤東為代表的中國共產(chǎn)黨在為國家獨立、民族解放而沖鋒陷陣、浴血奮斗的歷程中,堅持把馬克思主義基本原理與中國具體實際相結(jié)合,對中國社會民主政治進步進行了艱辛的探索,積累了極為寶貴的精神財富,形成了富有獨創(chuàng)性的中國特色的民主政治思想。毛澤東民主政治思想是毛澤東思想的重要組成部分,是馬克思主義中國化的重要理論成果,它極大地豐富和發(fā)展了馬克思主義有關(guān)民主政治的內(nèi)容。本文以毛澤東在解放戰(zhàn)爭時期的民主政治思想作為研究對象,對其進行立體地、深入細致地研究和探討,從而進一步理解毛澤東的民主政治思想在解放戰(zhàn)爭時期的創(chuàng)新和發(fā)展,為最終實現(xiàn)民主革命的勝利奠定重要的基礎(chǔ),為實現(xiàn)中國共產(chǎn)黨由革命黨轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)閳?zhí)政黨、由新民主主義社會轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)樯鐣髁x社會奠定了重要的理論基礎(chǔ)。充分認識毛澤東民主政治思想的歷史地位以及對現(xiàn)實的借鑒作用。 本文共分四個部分： 第一部分主要是介紹本文研究的目的和意義,研究的基本內(nèi)容和方法及努力突破之處。 第二部分主要闡述解放戰(zhàn)爭時期毛澤東民主政治思想提出和發(fā)展的歷史背景。闡述錯綜復(fù)雜的國際形勢和瞬息多變的國內(nèi)形勢,對中國民主政治建設(shè)提出新的要求,也為毛澤東的民主政治思想的新發(fā)展提供了重要條件。 第三部分主要闡述解放戰(zhàn)爭時期毛澤東民主政治思想發(fā)展的主要內(nèi)容：黨內(nèi)民主建設(shè)思想、人民民主建設(shè)思想、黨際民主建設(shè)思想、民族政治民主建設(shè)思想。是毛澤東民主政治思想承前啟后的重要一環(huán),它奠定了建國后毛澤東民主政治思想發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ),初步構(gòu)建起中國特色社會主義民主政治的架構(gòu)。 第四部分主要闡述解放戰(zhàn)爭時期毛澤東民主政治思想的歷史地位和現(xiàn)實啟示。毛澤東民主政治思想發(fā)展和創(chuàng)新了黨的民主建設(shè)思想,發(fā)展和創(chuàng)新了國家政權(quán)學(xué)說,開創(chuàng)了中國特色的政黨制度,奠定了中國民族制度的基礎(chǔ)。對中國特色社會主義民主政治體制改革和我國政治文明建設(shè)具有重要指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Democracy is the ideal and goal that human society has been pursuing all the time. It is the common yearning and eternal value pursuit of human society. The Communist Party of China, represented by Mao Zedong, has persisted in combining the basic principles of Marxism with the concrete reality of China in the course of fighting for national independence, national liberation and bloody struggle. This paper explores the progress of democratic politics in Chinese society, accumulates the extremely precious spiritual wealth, and forms the original democratic political thought with Chinese characteristics. Mao Zedong's democratic political thought is an important part of Mao Zedong thought and an important theoretical achievement of Marxism in China. It greatly enriches and develops the content of Marxism about democratic politics. This article takes Mao Zedong's democratic political thought during the liberation war as the research object, carries on the three-dimensional, the thorough detailed research and the discussion, thus further understands Mao Zedong's democratic political thought innovation and the development in the liberation war period, It lays an important foundation for the ultimate victory of the democratic revolution, and lays an important theoretical foundation for the transformation of the Communist Party of China from the revolutionary party to the ruling party and from the new democratic society to the socialist society. Fully understand the historical position of Mao Zedong's democratic political thought and its reference to reality. This paper is divided into four parts: the first part is to introduce the purpose and significance of this study, the basic content and methods of the study and efforts to break through. The second part mainly expounds the historical background of Mao Zedong's democratic political thought during the War of Liberation. This paper expounds the complicated international situation and the rapidly changing domestic situation, puts forward new requirements for China's democratic political construction, and provides important conditions for the new development of Mao Zedong's democratic political thought. The third part mainly expounds the main contents of Mao Zedong's democratic political thought development during the War of Liberation: the inner-party democratic construction thought, the people's democratic construction thought, the inter-party democratic construction thought, the national political democratic construction thought. Mao Zedong's democratic political thought is an important link between the past and the future. It has laid the foundation for the development of Mao Zedong's democratic political thought after the founding of the people's Republic of China and preliminarily constructed the framework of socialist democratic politics with Chinese characteristics. The fourth part mainly expounds the historical position and realistic enlightenment of Mao Zedong's democratic political thought during the War of Liberation. Mao Zedong's democratic political thought developed and innovated the Party's democratic construction thought, developed and innovated the theory of state power, created the political party system with Chinese characteristics, and laid the foundation of Chinese national system. It has important guiding significance for the reform of democratic political system with Chinese characteristics and the construction of Chinese political civilization.
