【摘要】：陳云是以毛澤東為核心的中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨第一代中央領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體和以鄧小平為核心的中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨第二代中央領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體的重要成員，他為中國(guó)革命、建設(shè)和改革事業(yè)立下了汗馬功勞。陳云的人民群眾觀是中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨群眾路線的重要組成部分，是他為我們留下的寶貴精神財(cái)富。本文在參考已有的研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上，運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)研究法、歷史分析法和對(duì)比研究法，分析了陳云人民群眾觀的形成和發(fā)展，概括了陳云人民群眾觀的基本內(nèi)容，歸納了陳云人民群眾觀的基本特征，進(jìn)而總結(jié)了陳云人民群眾觀的實(shí)現(xiàn)途徑和當(dāng)代價(jià)值。全文共分五部分： 第一部分主要闡述了陳云人民群眾觀的相關(guān)概念及陳云人民群眾觀的內(nèi)涵。 第二部分論述了陳云人民群眾觀的形成和發(fā)展，主要從四個(gè)方面來論述，一是陳云人民群眾觀形成的時(shí)代背景，二是陳云人民群眾觀的理論淵源，三是陳云人民群眾觀形成的主觀條件，四是陳云人民群眾觀的發(fā)展歷程。 第三部分是陳云人民群眾觀的基本內(nèi)容，主要有：始終將群眾利益擺在第一位、注重調(diào)查研究、緊緊依靠群眾開展各項(xiàng)工作、掌握群眾工作的方法和藝術(shù)。 第四部分是陳云人民群眾觀的基本特征，主要表現(xiàn)在四個(gè)方面：一是科學(xué)性，，即與馬克思主義群眾觀一脈相承；二是創(chuàng)新性，即豐富了中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨群眾路線的內(nèi)涵；三是務(wù)實(shí)性，即緊扣中國(guó)社會(huì)不同時(shí)期的實(shí)際問題；四是主體性，即始終將人民群眾擺在第一位。 第五部分是陳云人民群眾觀的實(shí)現(xiàn)途徑及當(dāng)代價(jià)值。陳云人民群眾觀有四條實(shí)現(xiàn)途徑：一是以黨的作風(fēng)建設(shè)為突破口，注重提高黨的執(zhí)政能力；二是以馬克思主義理論教育為切入點(diǎn)，不斷保持黨的先進(jìn)性和純潔性；三是以調(diào)查研究為根本工作方法，確保黨同人民群眾之間的聯(lián)系；四是以解決人民群眾的切身利益問題為目標(biāo)，推動(dòng)黨的各項(xiàng)事業(yè)向前發(fā)展。陳云人民群眾觀的當(dāng)代價(jià)值主要表現(xiàn)在：提高黨的執(zhí)政能力是群眾觀的核心，保持黨的先進(jìn)性和純潔性是群眾觀的主線，為民務(wù)實(shí)清廉是群眾觀的主題，著力解決人民群眾反映強(qiáng)烈的突出問題是群眾觀的基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Chen Yun is an important member of the first generation of CPC central leading collective with Mao Zedong as the core and the second generation of CPC central leading collective with Deng Xiaoping as the core. He has made great contributions to the cause of Chinese revolution, construction and reform. Chen Yun's view of the masses is an important part of the mass line of the Communist Party of China. On the basis of the existing research results, this paper analyzes the formation and development of Chen Yun's view of the masses and summarizes the basic contents of the concept of the masses of Chen Yun by using the methods of literature research, historical analysis and comparative research. This paper sums up the basic characteristics of Chen Yun's view of the masses, and then sums up the way of realization and the contemporary value of the view of the masses of Chen Yun. The paper is divided into five parts: the first part mainly expounds the related concepts of Chen Yun's view of the masses and the connotation of Chen Yun's view of the masses. The second part discusses the formation and development of Chen Yun's view of the masses, mainly from four aspects, the first is the background of the formation of the concept of the masses of Chen Yun, the second is the theoretical origin of the concept of the people of Chen Yun. The third is the subjective condition of Chen Yun's view of the masses, and the fourth is the course of the development of the concept of the people's masses. The third part is the basic content of Chen Yun's view on the masses, which mainly includes: putting the interests of the masses first all the time, paying attention to investigation and research, relying closely on the masses to carry out all kinds of work and mastering the methods and art of mass work. The fourth part is the basic characteristics of Chen Yun's view of the masses, which is mainly manifested in four aspects: first, scientific, that is, inherited from the Marxist view of the masses, second, innovative, that is, enriched the connotation of the mass line of the Communist Party of China; The third is pragmatism, that is, the practical problems in different periods of Chinese society, and the subjectivity, that is, putting the masses of the people first all the time. The fifth part is the realization way and contemporary value of Chen Yun's view of the masses. There are four ways to realize Chen Yun's view of the masses: one is to take the construction of the Party's style of work as a breakthrough point, to pay attention to improving the Party's ruling ability, the other is to keep the Party's progressiveness and purity by taking Marxist theoretical education as the starting point. Third, take investigation and study as the fundamental working method to ensure the contact between the party and the masses; fourth, aim at solving the vital interests of the masses of the people, and push forward the development of various undertakings of the party. The contemporary values of Chen Yun's view of the masses are mainly manifested in: improving the ruling ability of the Party is the core of the view of the masses, keeping the Party's advanced nature and purity is the main line of the view of the masses, and being pragmatic and clean for the people is the theme of the view of the masses. It is the basis of the mass view to solve the outstanding problems strongly reflected by the masses.
