【摘要】：當(dāng)前,端管云時代下急速發(fā)展的移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)為政黨變革提供了一個更加寬宏的時代背景,也為政黨政治的發(fā)展提供了機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)并存的時代課題。本文從"組織中的政黨—選民中的政黨—政府中的政黨"這一分析模式入手,在不同層面上分析移動互聯(lián)技術(shù)對政黨的影響,本文認(rèn)為,端管云時代的移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)對政黨政治的影響比傳統(tǒng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)更深遠(yuǎn);端管云時代的移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)對政黨以及政黨政治的影響是非均質(zhì)化、分層次的;政黨政治與移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)之間除了緊密的正相關(guān),還有著不可分隔的負(fù)相關(guān);端管云時代下的移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)始終是一項技術(shù)手段,在多大程度上左右公眾意見,進(jìn)而影響政黨發(fā)展,充滿著不確定性;端管云時代的移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)主要改變的是政黨的社會生態(tài)而不是政黨的內(nèi)核。
[Abstract]:At present, the rapid development of mobile Internet in the era of Duan Guan cloud provides a more generous background for political party reform, and also provides opportunities and challenges for the development of party politics. This paper starts with the analysis model of "the political party in the organization, the party in the voters and the political party in the government", and analyzes the influence of mobile interconnection technology on the political party at different levels. The influence of mobile Internet on party politics in Duan Guan cloud era is more profound than that on traditional Internet, and the influence of mobile Internet on political party and party politics in Duan Guan cloud era is heterogeneous and stratified. Apart from the close positive correlation between party politics and the mobile Internet, there is also an inseparably negative correlation between them. In the era of the end of the cloud, the mobile Internet has always been a technical means. To what extent does it influence public opinion and thus affect the development of political parties? Full of uncertainty, the mobile Internet in the age of Duan Guan Yun mainly changes the social ecology of political parties rather than the core of political parties.
