【摘要】：監(jiān)事會(huì)治理是公司治理的核心要素之一,政治關(guān)聯(lián)是我國(guó)上市銀行監(jiān)事會(huì)治理的一項(xiàng)主要特征。基于上市銀行監(jiān)事會(huì)治理的調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),借助于結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型,研究揭示了上市銀行監(jiān)事會(huì)治理的內(nèi)部機(jī)理,發(fā)現(xiàn)政治關(guān)聯(lián)在我國(guó)上市銀行監(jiān)事會(huì)治理中尚未發(fā)生作用,指出監(jiān)事會(huì)治理應(yīng)充分激活政治關(guān)聯(lián)的價(jià)值,同時(shí)提出上市銀行監(jiān)事會(huì)治理的改進(jìn)策略。研究表明,上市銀行監(jiān)事會(huì)治理仍處于虛置狀態(tài),需要以政治關(guān)聯(lián)為平臺(tái)促進(jìn)各項(xiàng)監(jiān)事會(huì)治理策略的完善。
[Abstract]:Board of supervisors governance is one of the core elements of corporate governance, and political connection is one of the main features of the governance of the board of supervisors of listed banks in China. Based on the investigation data of the board of supervisors governance of listed banks and with the help of the structural equation model, this paper reveals the internal mechanism of the governance of the board of supervisors of listed banks, and finds that political association has not played a role in the governance of the board of supervisors of listed banks in China. The paper points out that the governance of the board of supervisors should fully activate the value of political connection, and puts forward the improving strategy of the governance of the board of supervisors of listed banks. The research shows that the governance of the board of supervisors of listed banks is still in a virtual state, and it is necessary to promote the improvement of the governance strategies of the board of supervisors on the platform of political connection.
