英國脫歐公投和哈貝馬斯民主理論的疑難

【摘要】：英國脫歐公投是一個影響深遠的"總體歷史"事件。它表明,民主與資本主義之間無法達成和解,自由主義民主無法化解資本主義的現(xiàn)代性危機。當檢視這一事件時,作為歐洲一體化理論倡導者哈貝馬斯的民主理論"赫然在場"。英國脫歐公投的民主實踐,打碎了哈貝馬斯民主理論的"智性設(shè)計"。英國脫歐公投實踐不僅證實了歐洲民主的現(xiàn)實危機,而且揭示了哈貝馬斯民主理論的四大疑難。該理論以"后民族"結(jié)構(gòu)形塑"超國家主體",卻無法超越民主的"國家容器"主體限制;它以話語民主奠基歐洲認同,卻無法逃避歷史文化的多元性;它以全民公投構(gòu)設(shè)人類命運,卻無法應對集體選擇中的非理性與無意識;它以話語民主解決自由主義民主與資本主義之間的矛盾,卻無法解決民主意愿形成的可行性與話語倫理的認知理性之間的矛盾。
[Abstract]:The Brexit referendum is a far-reaching "overall history" event. It shows that there is no reconciliation between democracy and capitalism, and liberal democracy cannot resolve the crisis of modernity of capitalism. When examining this event, Habermas's democratic theory, as an advocate of European integration theory, was in the ascendant. The democratic practice of the Brexit referendum broke the intellectual design of Habermas's democratic theory. The practice of the Brexit referendum not only confirms the real crisis of European democracy, but also reveals the four difficulties in Habermas' democratic theory. The theory is shaped as a "supranational subject" in the "post-national" structure, but cannot exceed the limits of the "national container" of democracy, but it lays the foundation of European identity by discourse democracy, but it cannot escape the pluralism of history and culture. It constructs the destiny of mankind by referendum, but it can not cope with the irrational and unconscious in the collective choice, it solves the contradiction between liberalism democracy and capitalism with discourse democracy. However, it can not solve the contradiction between the feasibility of the formation of democratic will and the cognitive rationality of discourse ethics.
