【摘要】：正20世紀(jì)70年代以來,正義問題一直是人們持續(xù)關(guān)注的核心議題,當(dāng)代政治哲學(xué)的開啟者——羅爾斯對(duì)這一理論的貢獻(xiàn)和推動(dòng)可謂功不可沒。從規(guī)范理論的角度來看,正義問題的研究應(yīng)該包括兩個(gè)部分:什么的正義與怎樣的正義,即正義的對(duì)象與正義的原則。只有明確界定正義所言說的對(duì)象,才能獲得正義原則的具體內(nèi)容,繼而有針對(duì)性地發(fā)揮其規(guī)范作用。"作為公平的正義"(justice as fairness)是
