【摘要】：社區(qū)是最基層的群眾自治組織,在其建設(shè)中最能體現(xiàn)我國(guó)的人權(quán)理念:行使人民當(dāng)家作主的自主權(quán)利,妥善處理不同利益群體關(guān)系,解決人民群眾最關(guān)心、最直接、最現(xiàn)實(shí)的利益問題。社區(qū)建設(shè)的中心內(nèi)容就是全面尊重和保障人權(quán)。只有人權(quán)得到充分保障,社區(qū)才會(huì)和諧,居民才會(huì)幸福。
