【摘要】：本文就徐宗勉的史論集《失敗者的探索》中所提出的"如何使中國(guó)走向民主"的大問題而給予的回答,闡明"近代中國(guó)之追求民主的過程,乃是一個(gè)不斷失敗,又不斷探索的漸進(jìn)過程",并從近現(xiàn)代歷史的角度出發(fā),既挖掘史料來立論,又鑒于現(xiàn)實(shí)而駁論。其主旨在于強(qiáng)調(diào)歷史的深刻教訓(xùn)是"推行法治,摒棄‘人治’";既要提高對(duì)"民主"的科學(xué)認(rèn)識(shí),更要加強(qiáng)對(duì)"共和"的制度建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:This paper gives an answer to the big question of "how to make China move towards democracy" put forward by Xu Zong Mian's Collection of Historical Theory "the Exploration of Losers", and expounds that "the process of pursuing democracy in modern China is a constant failure." And from the angle of modern history, it not only excavates the historical data to argue, but also refutes the theory in view of the reality. Its purport lies in emphasizing that the profound lesson of history is to "carry out the rule of law and abandon the rule of man", and it is necessary to improve the scientific understanding of "democracy" and to strengthen the system construction of "republic".
