【摘要】：民本思想是中國古代政治思想的重要組成部分,如何對傳統(tǒng)民本思想的政治智慧作出系統(tǒng)且全面的分析,直接關(guān)系到對中國政治文化的基本價值的把握,關(guān)系到人們對傳統(tǒng)文化的正確取舍、批判和繼承。全面理解和準(zhǔn)確概括傳統(tǒng)民本思想的理論品質(zhì)是我們合理解釋命題眾多、變化不定的古代民本思想的關(guān)鍵。本文通過系統(tǒng)論證發(fā)現(xiàn),民本思想是中國古代多“本”政治思想格局中的綱性的一“本”,民本的思維貫穿于整個政治思想體系,其治國理政理念所表現(xiàn)出來的共同的、穩(wěn)定的、一貫的理論品質(zhì)主要包括以下幾個方面:(一)對民眾合理政治地位的不懈尋求;(二)對民眾生存問題的熱切關(guān)懷;(三)對現(xiàn)實政治既有抗?fàn)幱钟袇f(xié)調(diào)的務(wù)實精神。正因為傳統(tǒng)民本思想具有這樣的理論品質(zhì),所以在近代中國充當(dāng)了“西學(xué)東漸”的重要橋梁。中國的先進分子對西方民主制國家的國強民富的社會現(xiàn)實作出合理化的解釋,并為中國的“救亡圖存”提出行之有效的救治方案,成為了近代中國政治思想演變的顯著趨勢。中國化馬克思主義在許多方面契合了傳統(tǒng)民本思想的理論品質(zhì),用民族傳統(tǒng)中的思想觀點和材料來豐富馬克思主義,使其成為革命和建設(shè)強有力的思想動力。中國共產(chǎn)黨以人民群眾的根本利益為執(zhí)政的出發(fā)點和落腳點,永恒追求促進和實現(xiàn)人的全面發(fā)展,是對傳統(tǒng)民本思想理論品質(zhì)的繼承與超越。
[Abstract]:The people-oriented thought is an important part of the ancient Chinese political thought. How to make a systematic and comprehensive analysis of the political wisdom of the traditional people-based thought is directly related to the grasp of the basic value of the Chinese political culture. It concerns people's correct choice, criticism and inheritance of traditional culture. Comprehensive understanding and accurate generalization of the theoretical quality of the traditional people-oriented thought is the key to our rational interpretation of the numerous and variable ancient people-oriented thoughts. Through systematic demonstration, this paper finds out that the people-oriented thought is an outline of the pattern of political thought in ancient China, and the people-oriented thinking runs through the whole political thought system, and its idea of governing and managing politics is common. The stable and consistent theoretical qualities mainly include the following aspects: (1) the unremitting search for the reasonable political status of the masses; (2) the keen concern for the survival of the masses; and (3) the pragmatic spirit of both struggle and coordination in the realistic politics. Because the traditional people-oriented thought has such theoretical quality, it acts as an important bridge of "Western learning to the east" in modern China. The advanced elements in China have rationalized the social reality of the strong people and the rich in the western democratic countries, and put forward an effective cure plan for China's "saving the nation from the dead", which has become a remarkable trend in the evolution of modern Chinese political thought. Sinicized Marxism accords with the theoretical quality of the traditional people-oriented thought in many aspects, and enriches Marxism with the ideas and materials of the national tradition, making it a powerful ideological motive force for revolution and construction. The Communist Party of China regards the fundamental interests of the people as the starting point and the foothold of ruling, and the eternal pursuit of promoting and realizing the all-round development of people is the inheritance and transcendence of the theoretical quality of the traditional people-oriented thought.
