【摘要】：在理論上,相對(duì)于古典政制理性對(duì)激情的馴服,近代政制的教化是以激情的正當(dāng)權(quán)利訴求為其鵠的。這種偏離古典理性的政治教化,雖然在一定程度上促進(jìn)了公民對(duì)政制原則的認(rèn)同,但它也給近代政治自身帶來(lái)三個(gè)困境:自由的激情反而需要一個(gè)具有絕對(duì)權(quán)力的統(tǒng)治者;政治美德教化的非自足性;個(gè)體對(duì)"族群"的情感依戀所要求的政治權(quán)利可能導(dǎo)致"族群"間的沖突。
[Abstract]:In theory, compared with the taming of passion by classical constitutional rationality, the enlightenment of modern political system is based on the legitimate right demand of passion. This kind of political education deviating from the classical rationality, although to a certain extent promoted the citizens to identify with the principle of political system, but it also brought three predicaments to the modern politics itself: the passion of freedom needs a ruler with absolute power on the contrary; The non-self-sufficiency of political virtue education and the political rights required by individual attachment to the ethnic group may lead to the conflict between the ethnic groups.
